Philippines is ranked as the 14th Happiest Country in the world but with a low life satisfaction rating, according to the 2009 Happy Planet Index. The factors involved in gauging happiness were the country’s average life expectancy, the quality of life, and environmental track record. The Filipinos are not fully satisfied with the happenings on in their lives and their country, yet DEEP DOWN IN THEIR HEARTS, THEY ARE HAPPY
